SEA PROTECTED AREA UNDERWATER PARK OF BAIA
The coast of Phlegrean Fields suffered a sinking of the ancient band coastline that determined the transformation of the territory .The submerged park represents an exceptional patrimony from the historical point of view, but it is also a great tourist and cultural attraction.A visit to submerged Baia reserves great emotions, above all for the unicity of the underwater landscape, strongly conditioned by the Roman manufactured articles disseminated at various depths which constitutes almost all the solid substratum on which various animal and vegetable organisms live. The Center Visitors of the Park is near the Castle of Bay.
