BED AND BREAKFAST FLEGREA HOUSE
Flegrea House is a tourist boarding enterprise in the heart of the Phlegraean Fields (Pozzuoli area), just a few Km. from Naples.
Hospitality is offered in two private villas: holiday house - bed and breakfast: Theatre Domus and a bed and breakfast: Celle b&b. Centrally located and well connected for visiting the many attractions of the region. Flegrea House proposes secondary facilities and special offers for meals at typical restaurants in the area, excursions and wine/food tasting.
The aim is to be a local “partner” for the guests to help them have a holiday in contact with activities, traditions and folklore of the area. The villa "Theatre Domus" is set among Roman ruins and a thick vegetation. It is grandfather’s villa rebuilt after the second world war and recently refurbished. It is built on four floors and offers an incredible view from NW to SE of the sea, the lake which locally is called the “Dead sea”, the coast with the lighthouse of Miseno, two of the Campane islands: Procida and Ischia.
It has big terraces that go all round the villa and a swimming pool with sea water.
Furnished in a sophisticated farmhouse style, ideal to satisfy the different needs of the guests.

Arcade

The arcade:
the arcade is set among a thick vegetation, it is rustic but at the same time sophisticated with a built-in barbecue and a table tennis table.
The kitchen:
the kitchen is big and practical with four cookers, two fridges with freezers, dishwasher appliances and a terrace with pantry.


The external spaces are sunny, silent, panoramic and make our guests enjoy the exclusive atmosphere of the area.
These spaces are the swimming pool, the arcade and the terraces.

SERVICES

The villa “Theatre Domus” is located in the village of Capo Miseno (Bacoli) near Naples.
It is in the centre, but at the same time it is very quiet, because it is situated in a very suggestive area from a natural-archeological point of view; it stands above a Roman theatre with an exclusive entrance from the property and an exit on to the sea and it is set amid a flourishing Mediterranean vegetation.

Spacious, bright and panoramic with a characteristc fireplace, ideal to stay all together in a relaxing atmosphere.

the swimming pool with sea water, is lit up at night, has a solarium and is equipped with a diving board, showers, a changing cubicle and toilet.

The terraces:
big terraces all round the villa, bordered with Mediterranean vegetation, Roman ruins and a suggestive view.

HOW TO REACH US

By car
Come off the motorway and go on to the tangenziale (ring road): exit tangenziale at Arco Felice, after 600 metres turn right towards Baia - Bacoli, drive for about 7 Km. as far as the cross roads Miseno - Miliscola;
turn left towards Miseno.
After 1.5 Km. you arrive at Miseno (you will see bus stop and Bar Chalet Miseno); here turn left between the bar and a traffic divider and enter straight into a private drive n° 21 with a grey gate.
NB: there are no signs for Theatre Domus.An alternative route from Rome-Formia or Naples is the S.S. 7 Domiziana (the national road).


Buses - Trains - Hydrofoil:
the bus stop is opposite the house.
- BUS: line from Airport to P.zza Garibaldi/P.zza Municipio (Central Port;
from P.zza Garibaldi: UNDERGROUND/SEPSA BUS) FROM p.ZZA MUNICIPIO: METRò DEL MARE/SEPSA BUS;
- SEPSA bus line from P.zza Garibaldi (Naples Central Station) to Bacoli Baia or Torregaveta; local SEPSA bus service from Baia or Torregaveta to Miseno;
- Archeobus Flegrea: from Pozzuoli to Miseno;
- Fs Cumana/Circumflegrea (train) from Montesanto station (Naples) and all central points of city to Torregaveta or Baia (sometimes closed); local SEPSA bus service;
- Fs Metropolitana (underground) from Naples Central Station, Mergellina Station and all central points of city to Pozzuoli; SEPSA or Archeobus flegreo from Pozzuoli to Miseno (20 minutes);
- Metrò del mare (Hydrofoil) from Naples port: “Molo Beverello”, Mergellina and Pozzuoli to Bacoli (20/35 minutes);
- Taxi.
- On request we organize transport from the airport and the station.

 


Information:

- the buses are every 20 minutes;
- the archeobus is every hour;
- the cumana and metropolitana (trains) are every 10 minutes;
- there are three Hydrofoils a day; that go as far as Sorrento, Positano, etc
- frequent Ferry boats from Pozzuoli to the islands;
- Fs (train) metroploitana+circumvesuviana to Pompei, Ercolano, Pompei, Sorrento, etc., every 10 minutes.
